One person secures the session by paying their portion as the booking deposit. After that, each friend receives their own client intake form and their own invoice to pay their share separately. All payments must be completed 48 hours prior to the shoot.

If a friend can’t attend after booking, their payment isn’t refundable, as it holds space within the session. The shoot will still go ahead with the group as booked. If another friend is able to take their place, that’s absolutely fine — just let me know ahead of time.

I’ll send a simple styling guide after booking with tips on colours, textures, and coordination so the group looks cohesive without being overly matched.

Yes. As part of the individual intake forms, each participant will have the chance to nominate any duo or trio combinations they’d love captured. I use these requests to plan the session flow, while also leaving space for natural, candid moments on the day.

Session length depends on group size, but most shoots run between 45 and 60 minutes. I’ll guide the session so everything flows smoothly and no one feels rushed or left out.

Final images are delivered digitally within two weeks of your session via a shared online gallery. The gallery remains available for 60 days, giving everyone time to view and download their images.

All participants will have access to the shared gallery to view and download images. Image-sharing preferences for public use (website or social media) are confirmed individually through intake forms. Each participant (or parent/guardian) can choose whether images may be shared publicly or kept completely private. If no consent is given, images will not be shared.

That’s completely normal — and very common. Hey Girl sessions are relaxed and guided, with a focus on making everyone feel comfortable and confident. There’s no pressure to perform or pose perfectly.

For groups where all participants are under 18, at least one parent or guardian must remain nearby for the duration of the session. While I lead the shoot and create a safe, relaxed environment, having a parent present provides added reassurance and support for everyone involved.
For groups of adults (18+), no parent or guardian is required.
